A Name and a Blessing

Last Sunday was a special day for our little family. This sweet baby got all dressed up for her big day. Her handsome daddy gave her a beautiful blessing. And this mama was one happy girl.

We felt so blessed to have so much support from our families. Five uncles, four aunts, two grandmas, two grandpas and a whole slew of cousins made their way to Provo Sunday afternoon. Why? Because they all love this little girl.

As Lyla's cousin said to me the other day, "I don't know why, but when I look at her I just want to squish her." I don't know why either, but I feel the same way. I mean, look at those cheeks, right? Totally squishable.

When you see your baby up there being blessed by your husband doesn't it just make you feel like you could just burst at every seam.
